1: Discussed Barriers at Memorial Park: No movement.
2: Life guards meeting Tuesday 6/19 not 6/20 as stated in previous minutes.
3: Picnic table with beach umbrella to be moved up to lake for lake host use. Celeste to request town to move.
4: Celeste to purchase two umbrellas with life guard logos for use at two life guard stations on beach. Sam & Peter to install mounting pipes.
5: Pat to request through Dave Duffy for Valley Street work program to clear east end of beach and west street side of Shay field in August.
6: Ron, Pat and Sam agreed to meet 8/9 at beach to assess needed beach improvements for the 2008 capital Improvement Program request.
7: Letter to AES - no response to date. Celeste to follow up.
8: Rec office A/C to be installed in July. Sam
9: Security cameras for shay field - no movement.
10: Discussed after school program. Grapevine takeover.
11: Peter asked for summary of spending from warrant article 13. we still have fencing and grading work for Shay field, about $2,800. Celeste to follow up with Bill Prokop.
12: August 9th. baseball/Softball meeting with Rick Davis and Brian Hebert.
Questions: 1- Under what conditions can the Rec dept continue to sponsor these programs?
2- Who is responsible for doing what?
3- How is fees, sponsorship and fund raising handled and accounted for?
Both Celeste and Tammy should attend.

1: Beach
2: Shay field
3: Office/Gym
4: Memorial Park
5: Skate Board Park
